Siemer STAR Producer Reward Payment Program
Siemer Milling Company is committed to connecting growers with opportunities to help preserve their land and legacy. In Summer 2024, Siemer first worked with STAR to identify eligible fields and compensate growers in Illinois, Indiana and Kentucky who implemented conservation practices that result in an improved STAR Rating or an outstanding (5-STAR) Rating.
The program is continuing in 2025 with an enrollment window open from June 1 – August 31, 2025. Payments will be made by December 31, 2025.
Program Eligibility
Siemer customers’ corn, soybean and wheat fields are eligible to participate. STAR provides each field a confidential rating of 1 to 5 STARs. Growers receive a payment for:
- Achieving and maintaining a 5-STAR Rating (the highest rating), OR
- Demonstrating improvement in their initial STAR rating over a two-year period.
HOW it works
To be eligible, a grower should submit both a Grower Agreement with Siemer Milling Company AND enroll fields with STAR.
Enrollment for 2025 is open June 1 through August 31, 2025.

Fill out the Grower Agreement
Note that you do NOT need to report your STAR Rating to Siemer, just use the grower agreement to tell them which fields you want to submit to the program. STAR will handle the rest!
